people often say "only show one type of photography and don't mix topics" ..yeah, I really don't feel like doing that.

I am a trained biologist (M.Sc.) and I can tell you from my 15 years in research that too much niche-ing isn't actually a good thing - just look at the Dodo. I am a diverse person with multiple interests, just like any of you. 

And to be honest, photographing rock concerts and small children is not so different after all - they both require fast but accurate capturing, lots of moving around and high adaptability (hearing protection can also be advised in both cases at times). 

In studio and portrait work I believe everyone deserves to look their authentic best and will use my knowledge of lighting techniques and digital retouching to achieve this. Just come as you are and let the magic happen.
